Wall Bathroom Tiles

Wall bathroom tiles are available in a large selection of styles and colours. If you have a small bathroom, subway tiles may be the perfect choice. Or, you could opt for glass tiles that will help to reflect light back into the room and make it appear larger. Choose lighter shades of white, cream or paler tones as this will open up the space.
For larger bathrooms, you can go bold with wall tiles. Large ceramic or porcelain tiles are perfect as you’ll need fewer tiles making them easier to install. For a touch of glamour and luxury, marble tiles can be very effective as bathroom wall tiles.

Floor Bathroom Tiles

For floor bathroom tiles, you can consider textured tiles that are non-slip, making your surface safer, especially when wet.
High-gloss tiles are not ideal for use in bathrooms because they have a tendency to make water marks more apparent. Therefore, you want to concentrate on using matte tiles for bathroom floors. You could even consider natural stone, slate or quarry tiles.
Lighter colours will make the room appear larger while darker colours are better reserved for larger bathrooms. However, using darker colours for smaller bathrooms gives them a cosy and contemporary feel and this might just be what you’re after.
It’s a good idea to use larger tiles on bathroom floors as small tiles can make the space look too busy. Larger tiles help to open up the space and are also much easier to keep clean.
Colour trends this year include earthy tones such as browns, greens and off-whites. Interestingly, checkerboard tiles in black and white are also making a comeback and there’s a strong trend towards the use of black and different shades of grey or charcoal.
