Delivery Terms and Conditions

Free Warehouse Pick-Up:

• Location: Unit 2 / 387 Old Geelong Road, Hoppers Crossing VIC 3029
• Some products may required up to 1 weeks leadtime to be available for pick up
• Hold Period: Orders can be held for up to 4 weeks.
• Stocking Fees: May apply if the order is not picked up on time; customers will be notified before any charge is added.
•  Unclaimed Order Policy: Any order not picked up within 60 days after the selected dispatch date will be automatically cancelled. Please note that no refund will be issued for cancelled or unclaimed special orders after 30 days.

Delivery timeframe:

• Orders will be ready to dispatch in 3 business days if all items are in stock

 

Acceptance of goods:

• Tiles may vary in colour, texture, or appearance according to the manufacture’s design and batch 
• Shade variations are inherent in all tile products
• All orders should be examined upon receipt to make sure the correct quantity is delivered
• No claim will be accepted once the material is laid

 

Method of delivery:

• All tiles will be unloaded by a forklift to avoid potential breakage from lifting
•  Safe and accessible location required for delivery. Additional fees for failed delivery attempts.
